Q: What happens when I invite a new user to Teamwork?
A: When you invite a member who has never logged into Teamwork to join a workspace, the user receives an invitation email that provides information about Teamwork and identifies the name of the workspace. The email also provides links for downloading the Teamwork app and logging into the Teamwork web application. This invitation message is only sent once, regardless of how many times a user has been invited to join any number of workspaces.
Q: Where are Teamwork files stored?
A: Teamwork is administered from a data center in Kansas City, Missouri. All files uploaded to Teamwork workspaces are securely stored in Amazon AWS S3 buckets located in the U.S.

Only Teamwork for Mobile users can send SMS messages to personal (native) contacts stored on their mobile phone.
Q: How will I know when an SMS message is sent to me?
A: Every message is listed in the “Messages” area of the mobile app and in the “DIRECT MESSAGES” area of the web and desktop apps. Q: How many characters can be used to send an SMS message?
A: The character limit for a single SMS message depends on the telecom carriers on both the sending and receiving ends of the message. For most carriers, a single SMS message is limited to 120 to 160 characters with most carriers imposing a limit near the high end of this range.
Q: Are there any other additional costs associated with Mitel Teamwork?
