Overview

Mitel Teamwork provides collaborative web, desktop, and mobile applications for users who have a supported phone profile in a MiCloud Connect phone system. Teamwork provides a virtual "workspace" where members can post messages, share files, assign tasks, hold impromptu conferences, and exchange personal and group messages. Teamwork messaging functionality is now integrated with the Mitel Connect client and Mitel Connect for iOS applications. Two key features of Teamwork are real-time notifications and persistent messaging. Instead of getting bogged down in email threads, Teamwork can enable your team to be more organized, productive, and flexible.

The content in this online help is based on the current version of the Mitel Teamwork mobile app that is available in the Apple App Store. To learn about the Mitel Teamwork web and desktop applications, see the Collaboration page in the Mitel Document Center.

The Mitel Teamwork mobile app is accessed with the same Mitel credentials that you use to sign in to the Connect Portal and the Mitel Connect for iOS app. If you have questions about your credentials, contact an Authorized Contact (administrator) for your MiCloud Connect phone system.

To sign in, open the Mitel Teamwork app on your mobile phone. When the Teamwork "Sign in" screen appears, enter your Mitel username, which usually defaults to your business email address, and tap Next. If your username is associated with more than one Mitel account, a "Multiple accounts located" message is displayed here or when you enter your password. If this occurs, select the desired Mitel system from the drop-down menu or enter the Account Number/Partner Label for your Mitel account and tap Next.

When the next screen appears, do one of the following:

For more detailed instructions about signing in or changing your password, see the Mitel Unified Sign In article.

Feature Limitations

Storage and Bandwidth Usage Policy

The Mitel Teamwork applications provide users with the ability to share and store files on Mitel cloud servers. Users are expected to exercise reasonable judgment when using Teamwork applications based on the following recommended usage guidelines:

Mitel actively monitors customer storage and bandwidth usage. Use of Teamwork is contingent upon users following the usage guidelines stated above. Excessive usage by a customer may result in the deletion of files stored in the Teamwork applications and termination of that customer's account without prior written notice.
