Current Application Behavior
The following table summarizes the behavior of the Mitel One mobile application in some typical scenarios.

While one searches for contacts using the search bar, a pop-up message "Search failed" is displayed. |

Mobile devices with Android 13, require you give permission to the Mitel One application to send you notifications. |
For all mobile devices using Android 13, after installing the Mitel One application, notifications from the application are blocked by default. To give permission to the application, do either of the following:

Three-party conference call details do not update |
The conference call details are not updated when one of the users in a conference call loses network connectivity and drops. Instead, the details show that the user is still active in the conference call. |
iOS call disconnects when the screen is locked |
If you lock the screen of an iOS device during an active call, the call will disconnect. This behavior applies only to Apple devices. |
Quick Functions status is not displayed |
The status of Quick Functions is not displayed. |
Quick Functions Configuration |
The configuration and arrangement of Quick Functions in the mobile application are managed from the Mitel One web application. You can add, edit, or delete Quick Functions only in the Mitel One web application. |
Four Quick Functions limit |
The Mitel One mobile application's support for Quick Functions is limited to four configured quick function keys that appear in highest priority order in Mitel One web application. |
Cannot re-order Quick Functions widget |
You can re-order the Quick Functions widget only in the Mitel One web application. The change will reflect in the Mitel One mobile application |
Call handling issues when MiVoice Office Mobile Application (MOMA) and the Mitel One mobile application are installed or run on the same device |
Users will encounter issues with call handling if MOMA and the Mitel One mobile application are installed or run on the same device. Remove MOMA from the device to avoid these issues. |
Delay in loading the application on Android devices |
In some cases, the Mitel One Mobile application can take additional cycles to load widgets and user presence information. This is typically seen when the application is started after a long idle period. |
Mitel Meetings Application support |
Meetings implementation is a cross- launch to the MiTeam Meetings mobile application from the Mitel One mobile application. |
Display of recent conversations (direct messages and Streams) in the Messages menu. |
The application will show a maximum of 20 recent conversations (including direct messages and Streams) in the Messages menu. To create a free slot, users can archive a conversation with a contact by swiping to the left on the contact in the Messages menu. |
@mentions in Streams are not supported |
@mentions are disabled in the Mitel One mobile application. However, users will receive notifications for @mentions in Streams from the Mitel One web application. |
Cannot manage favorites from the Mitel One mobile application |

Telephony is not supported on iPad devices |
The telephony widget is not visible when you deploy the Mitel One application on Apple iPad devices. |
Dual SIM Card / eSIM not supported |
The Mitel One mobile application does not support the use of multiple SIM cards in a device. You will experience delays in call handling and/or audio issues if multiple SIM cards are installed on your device. |
Unpredictable application behavior |
When device battery is low, a prompt is displayed to use Low Power Mode. This may cause unpredictable application behavior. The device must be charged to overcome this behavior. |
