Managing Calls from MiCollab Mobile Softphone in Ignite
To use the MiCollab Softphone feature, perform these steps:
- Install MiCollab in your Mobile Phone.
- Ensure that MiCollab is up and running in your Mobile.
- Login to WebIgnite, and toggle ON the Softphone button.
- Select the
MiCollab SIP Softphone radio option.
Note: If MiCollab is not running in your mobile it will display an error that SIP Softphone is not active.
- Click
Save.
This will change the Presence Status in Ignite to Available.
- You can now dial, receive, end, and transfer both inbound and outbound calls from Ignite to your mobile and vice versa.
Note:
- Micollab ACD SIP on Mobile does not support resiliency; you must re-toggle the MiCollab agent in the case of a failover.
- If the supervisor wants to Silent Monitor the agent who is using MiCollab ACD SIP Softphone, refer to the procedure in https://mitel.custhelp.com.
