Managing Calls from MiCollab Mobile Softphone in Ignite

To use the MiCollab Softphone feature, perform these steps:
  1. Install MiCollab in your Mobile Phone.
  2. Ensure that MiCollab is up and running in your Mobile.
  3. Login to WebIgnite, and toggle ON the Softphone button.
  4. Select the MiCollab SIP Softphone radio option.
    Note: If MiCollab is not running in your mobile it will display an error that SIP Softphone is not active.
  5. Click Save.

    This will change the Presence Status in Ignite to Available.

  6. You can now dial, receive, end, and transfer both inbound and outbound calls from Ignite to your mobile and vice versa.
    Note:
    • Micollab ACD SIP on Mobile does not support resiliency; you must re-toggle the MiCollab agent in the case of a failover.
    • If the supervisor wants to Silent Monitor the agent who is using MiCollab ACD SIP Softphone, refer to the procedure in https://mitel.custhelp.com.
