Configuring Ignite dashboards

Real-time monitoring of employees, agents, queues, and callback requests is available via the dashboards in Ignite. You can create multiple dashboards, customize the widgets that display in each, combine different widgets, and give them meaningful names to indicate their purpose.

Dashboards provide supervisors with fixed-layout display of agent data and enhanced visibility of queue abandoned statistics.

Note:

The real-time monitors in Ignite are known as ‘widgets’ in the dashboard user interface.
