Configuring agent profiles in Ignite (DESKTOP)

When you make manual adjustments to Ignite, the system stores the changes in your profile. When you close Ignite, your profile is automatically saved. When you reopen Ignite with your user name, Ignite loads your most recent profile settings. If Ignite shuts down suddenly, for example, due to a power outage and subsequent computer restart, Ignite uses your last saved profile when restarted.

To reset your profile to the default settings
  • Press and hold Ctrl+R as you click the Login button in Ignite. Continue to hold Ctrl+R until you are logged in to Ignite.
