Security Role for Silent Monitoring

By default, supervisors can silent monitor all the agents. As an administrator, through YourSite Explorer you have the option to restrict the agents that a supervisor can monitor.

1. Select YourSite > Enterprise > Security list.

2. Click Add > Add Device List:

   1. Enter a Name

   2. Enter a Description

   3. Add the Agent Group name of the agent in the List Type.

3. Click Save.

4. Select YourSite > Enterprise > Security role

5. Select a supervisor's security role to edit.

6. Click Ignite tab

7. Click the browse button next to May silent monitor devices in this list only under Silent Monitor section.

8. Select a Security list.

9. Click Save.
