Security Role for Silent Monitoring
By default, supervisors can silent monitor all the agents. As an administrator, through YourSite Explorer you have the option to restrict the agents that a supervisor can monitor.

Select YourSite > Enterprise > Security list.

Click Add > Add Device List:

Enter a Name

Enter a Description

Add the Agent Group name of the agent in the List Type.

Click Save.

Select YourSite > Enterprise > Security role

Select a supervisor's security role to edit.

Click Ignite tab

Click the browse button next to May silent monitor devices in this list only under Silent Monitor section.

Select a Security list.

Click Save.
Note: The Security role restriction applies to supervisors using Web Ignite to silent monitor. Supervisors might have access to silent monitor from their deskphone by entering the silent monitor feature access code depending on the PBX configuration.
