Condition Builder

The Condition Builder allows you to create custom conditions which you would like to alert on.

Following are a few examples of common alert scenarios:

  • Calls waiting > 5 for a queue



  • Agents on a Make Busy break for longer than 15 minutes



  • Service level for a queue < 80%



  • Calls waiting > 5 for a queue and Available Agents = 0



  • Email in agent inbox longer than 5 minutes
