Included in the appendix are:

  • A condensed list of steps for installing or upgrading MiContact Center BusinessMiVoice Analytics
  • A more detailed list, for installing MiContact Center BusinessMiVoice Analytics 7.1 or upgrading from Version 6.x to 7.1
