Configuring employee report distribution settings
Optionally, you can configure employee report distribution settings to use non-default settings and enable local printing.
The following procedures take place in YourSite > Employee.
To configure an employee’s report distribution
- Select an employee and click the Advanced tab.
- If you want reports sent to a printer that is not the default
printer of the Enterprise Server, type the file path of the Network
printer.
The printer path name is case sensitive.
- If you want the employee’s reports to print from their desktop
printer, select Print reports to desktop.Note:
If you want to print locally, the employee must be running Contact Center Client on their personal computer and the desktop printer must be the default printer on that computer.
- If you want to use the employee’s email address for report distribution,
select Distribute reports from employee.Note:
By default, the From address assigned to the mail server is used.
- Click Save.
