Workflow navigation in IVR Routing

IVR Routing now makes it easier to view and navigate large workflows through several functionality enhancements, including

• The Outline pane
• Focusing and breadcrumbs
• The MiniMap window and Pan mode
• The Zoom feature
• The Expand All, Collapse All, and Restore buttons
