Adding fixed jobs
To add a job for a fixed shift
- Click the Configuration tab.
- In the Schedules group, click Schedule.
- In the left pane, click Jobs.
- In the right pane, click the Fixed Jobs tab.
- Click Add.
- After Name, type the name of the job.
- Click Create.
- If the job involves work on ACD calls, ensure the check box under Is ACD is selected.
- Under Time into Shift, type the time from the beginning of the shift at which the job must start
- Under Duration, type the duration of the job.
- Under Color, select a color for the job.
- Click OK.
