Configuring sites for web callbacks
For each site in your contact center, you must specify the maximum number of web callback requests that can be generated by a single IP address per hour.
To configure the maximum number of web callback requests that can be generated by a single IP address per hour
- Click YourSite => Site.
- Select a site.
- Click the Callback Requests tab.
- After Web callback hourly submission limit per user, select the number of callbacks that can be submitted from a single IP address per hour.
- Click Save.
