Complete the following steps to sort fields in a template:
Click Tools > Sort > Change.
Specify the fields to be part of the sort criteria by dragging and dropping the appropriate fields from and to the Columns Available for Sorting and Sort Columns lists.
If you want the field order to be ascending, select the Ascending check box associated with the field.
Click OK.
To remove a sort criteria from a template or report, click Tools > Sort > Clear.
