Your Connect Portal access depends on the role you are assigned.
Authorized Contacts - Log in with your email address and Connect Portal password to access the Organization, Phone System, Team, and Support menus.
Team Managers - Log in with your email address and Connect Portal password to access the Team and Support menus.
Users - Log in with your email address and Connect Portal password to access the Home and Support menus.
To access the Connect Portal:
Open a web browser on your computer.
Type one of the following in the address bar, depending on your account location, and then hit Enter:
US/Canada: portal.shoretelsky.com
UK/Europe: portal.shoretel.eu
Australia: portal.shoretel.com.au

Sign in with your username and your Connect Portal password.
