Team Managers

Team Managers are Group Owners. Groups are created by Authorized Contacts, and each group may have a designated Group Owner.

Team Managers can use the Connect Portal to access phone-based business intelligence data and call activity reports for all members of each group they manage. Team Managers can access all team management features from the Team menu in the Connect Portal.

Team Managers also have access to update their own individual settings, just like all other users.
