Configure Call Recording

Use this procedure to enable the Call Recording feature for all MiNet and SIP calls except those that are locally streamed.

Note: Locally streamed calls are not recorded because they do not pass through the MBG. Instead, the media is sent directly between the devices. Local streaming can be enabled for all calls or for individual devices.

To enable global call recording:

1. On the MBG main page, click the Service configuration tab and then click Application integration.

2. In the Call Recording frame, select the enabled box.

3. Click Save.

4. Click the System configuration tab and then click Settings.

5. Under MiNet options, clear Local streaming.

6. Under SIP options, clear Local streaming.

7. Click Save.
