This page allows you to create and/or modify SIP adaptation pipelines. A pipeline requires:
a name,
a direction of traffic to act upon,
and one or more plugins in the pipeline that will act upon SIP messages as they pass through the pipeline.
Use
the in the page to visualize
SIP messages passing from the top of the page, down through each
plugin in turn, until it exits and is passed back to MBG's core service
for further processing and for delivery.
Plugins occupy "slots" in the pipeline. One slot is present initially, more can be created.
To create a Pipeline, do the following:
Click in the Pipeline information
table in the SIP Adaptation page.
Provide a Name for the pipeline.
Select the Direction:
Receive - to receive SIP messages.
Send - to send SIP Messages.
After you have selected the direction, drag and drop the plugin you want to add from Installed Plugins palette available on the right. The borders of the slot turn red when the plugin is properly "over" the slot for release.
Click Save.
The Pipeline created now is displayed in the Pipeline information table.
Note: To be able to add plugins to a Pipeline, you must have installed atleast one plugin that is ready to use. See Manage Plugins for more information.
To modify an existing pipeline, do the following:
Click in
the Pipeline information table for the pipeline you want to modify.
Select the Direction of the pipeline.
Modify the plugins in the pipeline as required.
Click Save.
To
delete a pipeline, click on
the pipeline you want to delete. Confirm your action in the dialog box.
