Configure MiVoice Business Console Support

MBG supports the MiVoice Business Console and its PC application.

To enable IP Console support:

  1. On the MBG main page, click the Service configuration tab and then click Application integration.

  2. In the MiVoice Business Console frame, select the MiVoice Business Console support check box and then click Save.
