To view the status of MiNet and SIP devices:
On the MBG main page, click the Service status tab and then click Devices.
Define the basic status parameters:
Devices type—Specify whether you wish to view MiNet sets, SIP sets, or both.
Auto Refresh—If you wish to have the contents of the Device status page refreshed automatically, select the Auto Refresh check box and then select a refresh interval of 5 seconds (default) to 10 minutes. If you do not select the Auto Refresh check box, the contents of the page will be refreshed only when you enter new search parameters.
Define the search parameters for MiNet devices or SIP devices:
Enabled—Specify whether you wish to view sets that are enabled, disabled, or both enabled and disabled. Sets which are "enabled" on MBG can connect to the ICP.
Connected—Specify whether you wish to view sets that are connected, disconnected, or both connected and disconnected. Sets which are "connected" on MBG have successfully connected (registered) to the ICP.
In call—Specify whether you wish to view sets that are currently engaged in a call, disengaged, or both in a call and disengaged.
Set per page—Enter the number of sets you wish to display on each page of the search list, 20, 50, 100, 500 or 1000.
Filter—Enter a search string to create the appropriate search listing, or clear the field to show all devices. For examples, see Search the Device List.
The list is refreshed as soon as you enter filter criteria. It is also refreshed if you have specified an auto-refresh interval.
To edit a device:
In
the device listing, locate the device you want edit and click .
Edit device information as required. For details, see Edit MiNet Devices or Edit SIP Devices.
Click Save.
