You can perform automated bulk edits (like forcing devices to reset) on all devices or on a selected group.
To perform a supported edit on multiple devices:
On the MBG main page, click the Service configuration tab and then click SIP Devices.
Enter a search string to create the appropriate search listing, or clear the Filter listing to show all devices.
Click Bulk edit.
Do one of the following:
To edit all devices in the search list, update the device settings as required then click Save.
To delete all devices in the search list, click Delete. You are asked to confirm the operation.
To perform a supported edit on multiple devices:

Enter a search string to create the appropriate search listing, or clear the Filter listing to show all devices.
Click Bulk edit.
Do one of the following:
To edit all devices in the search list, update the device settings as required then click Save.
To delete all devices in the search list, click Delete. You are asked to confirm the operation.
To force all devices in the search list to reset (to pick up new firmware, for example), click Reset. You are asked to confirm the operation. The devices will be out of service while they reset.
To redirect all devices in the search list to a particular IP address or hostname:
Enter the Address or FQDN of the target.
Select Hard to perform the redirect immediately or Soft to perform the redirect after all calls have been completed.
Click Redirect.
The devices will be redirected to the node (MBG or ICP) that you have specified. This configuration will persist until the next time that the devices reboot, at which time they will use the static values they have been programmed with or obtain an IP address from the Resiliency List or DHCP.
