Reset MiNet Phones

You can force MiNet phones connected to your cluster to reset (for firmware update, for example).

To force all MiNet phones connected to the cluster to reset:

To force selected MiNet phones to reset:

  1. On the MBG main page, click the Service Configuration tab of any node.

  2. Click MiNet devices.

  3. Enter search criteria for the selected phones. (For example, to create a list of phones registered on a particular ICP, enter the ICP's name in the Simple filter field and press Enter. For more information about filtering, see Search the Device List.)

  4. Click Bulk edit.

  5. Click Reset, and then click OK. An operation status report appears. All phones appearing on the search list are reset.

To force a single MiNet phone to reset:

  1. On the MBG main page, click the Service Configuration tab of any node.

  2. Click MiNet devices.

  3. Enter search criteria. (For example, to find a particular phone, enter its description in the Simple filter field and press Enter. For more information about filtering, see Search the Device List.)

  4. In the device list, click beside the phone you want to edit.  

  5. Click Reset, and then click OK.
