SIP Trunk Status

Once a SIP trunk is configured and operational, the following metrics are displayed for it:

To view the status of SIP trunks on MBG:

  1. On the MBG main page, click the Service status tab and then click SIP Trunks.

  2. To edit the trunk parameters, click beside the trunk you want to edit.

  3. To reset the metrics, click Reset metrics beside the trunk you want to reset, and then click OK. The metrics (including maximum calls in progress and maximum calls per hour) will be returned to zero.
