Connectivity to all ICPs can be tested using the ICP test button. The tool tests whether it is possible to establish a TCP connection between the server and the ICP. Failure to connect may indicate a server configuration error, a network failure between the server and the ICPs, or a routing problem. To add a static route from the private interface of your server, use the Networks panel in the Configuration menu of the server manager.
To test ICP connection:
On the Status tab, click Diagnostics & File transfers.
Click ICP Test.
Test results are displayed for each ICP in the list.
Note: The ICP Connection test also tests SIP connections using a default port of 5060.
