Run this test if SIP devices are experiencing problems connecting to the configured ICPs. In addition to attempting to find SIP signaling services, the test looks for the following firewall configuration issues:
Port rotation problems—response must come from UDP port 5060.
SIP awareness—firewall must be configured to support SIP.

To run the SIP connectivity test:
On the MBG main page, click the Administration tab , and then click Diagnostics.
Beside
SIP connectivity tests, click
Run.
Test results are displayed.
