WebRTC Status

This screen displays the status of registered clients and calls currently in progress for WebRTC.

Theoretically, you may see one registered client and five calls in progress (1 subscriber call and 4 anonymous call), or one registered client and no calls in progress.

To determine the status of registered clients and calls:

Field

Description

Registered Clients

Client ID

The directory number of the client on the ICP.

IP Address

The IP address of the client.

Websocket port

The unique port number dedicated to the client.

Registration time

The time that the client registered.

Server ID

The ID of the MBG to which the client is registered.

Calls in Progress

Caller

The directory number of the person who placed the call.

Callee  

The directory number of the person who received the call.

Call type

The type of call that is in progress:

  • Trunk: An anonymous click-to-call sessions to the ICP.

  • Subscriber: A registered user and has either placed or received a call.

Time

Time of the call.

Server ID

The  ID of the MBG that is hosting the call.
