Reset MiNet Phones
You can force MiNet phones connected to your cluster to
reset (for firmware update, for example).
To force all MiNet phones connected
to the cluster to reset:
- On the MBG main page, click the Teleworking
tab, and click MiNet.
- Click Bulk edit.
- Click Reset, and click
OK.
To force selected MiNet phones to
reset:
- On the MBG main page, click the Teleworking
tab of any node.
- Click MiNet.
- Enter search criteria for the selected phones. (For
example, to create a list of phones registered on a particular
ICP, enter the ICP's name in the Simple filter field and press
Enter. For more information about filtering, see Search
the Device List.)
- Click Bulk edit.
- Click Reset, and click
OK. An operation status report appears.
All phones appearing on the search list are reset.
To force a single MiNet phone to reset:
- On the MBG main page, click the Teleworking
tab of any node.
- Click MiNet.
- Enter search criteria. (For example, to find a particular
phone, enter its description in the Simple filter field and press
Enter. For more information about filtering, see Search
the Device List.)
- In the device list, click
beside the phone you want to edit.
- Click Reset, and click
OK.
