Per Line Group Hookflash

Perform the following steps to configure the Hookflash over trunk parameter.

1. From the Main menu, select (S) System Maintenance, (R) Reconfiguration, (R) Reconfigure system, and then (E) Modify Active Configuration.

2. Select (G) Group Selected and enter the group number for NP Receptionist.

3. Select (M) Modify Application and then (R) NP Receptionist menu.

4. Select (P) PBX Dial String Definitions and then (B) Pre Directory Number Dial string.

5. At the prompt, enter the Hookflash FAC value in the following format: * hookflash_fac Q (for example, *29Q)

Notes:

• The ‘Q’ MUST NOT be omitted since it defines the HookFlash FAC.

• Q is case insensitive.

• The Hookflash_FAC must match the Trunk Single Flash Feature Access Code value configured in the MiVoice Business software on the 3300 ICP.
