MiVoice Business Status
The MiVoice Business status is shown in the lower right corner of the Console window. You can hover the mouse over the Status to determine your connection status and to determine whether you are connected directly to a MiVoice Business or are connected to a MiVoice Border Gateway (in teleworker mode).

The console is connected to a MiVoice Border Gateway and is operating normally. |

The console is connected to an alternate or secondary MiVoice Business controller, not the original or MiVoice Business controller. |

The console is connected to the primary controller, but a transport system failure is affecting MiVoice Business Phone book access, BLF information retrieval and caller identification. |
|
The console is connected to the secondary controller, but a transport system failure is affecting MiVoice Business Phone book access, BLF information retrieval and caller identification. |
|
Connection to the MiVoice Business systems is unavailable or switching between MiVoice Business systems is in progress. The console is in "fail over" state. |
