You can use the MSP Log Viewer to view console logs. Logs are stored in the following location:
C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\Logview
View Logs
To view logs:
Start the MSP Log Viewer desktop application.
Select File > Connect to MSPLog File.
C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\LogView
In the drop-down box next to the File name box, select All Files (*.*).
Select the console log file, and then click Open.
Delete Logs
To delete logs:
Close the Console.
C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\LogView
Select all the files, and then press Delete.
