Viewing Logs

You can use the MSP Log Viewer to view console logs. Logs are stored in the following location:

C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\Logview

View Logs

To view logs:

  1. Start the MSP Log Viewer desktop application.

  2. Select File > Connect to MSPLog File.

  3. Go to the following location:
    C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\LogView
  4. In the drop-down box next to the File name box, select All Files (*.*).

  5. Select the console log file, and then click Open.

Delete Logs

To delete logs:

  1. Close the Console.

  2. Go to the following location:
    C:\ProgramData\Mitel\MiVoice Business Console\LogView
  3. Select all the files, and then press Delete.
