You can obtain the MiVoice Business Migration Tool from the downloads page on Mitel Online. You must install the MiVoice Business Migration Tool on a PC or laptop that meets the requirements described here.
Each MiVoice Business software load has a corresponding version of the MiVoice Business Migration Tool. Select the software load you want to install to obtain the compatible version. Instructions on installing the MiVoice Business Migration Tool are in the README file included in the software download package.
NOTE: After installing the MiVoice Business Migration Tool, the system may prompt you to reboot your PC or laptop.
