The Help files for the MiVoice Business System Administration Tool are installed on the controller by default. You can choose to install them elsewhere or not at all.
NOTE: You cannot install the Help files on a 3300 AX due to limited memory space.
Context-sensitive Help is not available for locally installed Help files. If you choose the local option, you must launch the Help and locate topics using Search or other navigation methods. The file to launch the Help is sysadminhelpmain.htm and is located in the Help system root folder.
You can retain context-sensitivity by installing the Help on a web server. For more information, see Installing the Online Help in the MiVoice Business System Administration Tool Help.
NOTE: Because the Help can be installed separate from the software, ensure that the Help version matches the system software version:
Click "About the Help" in the upper-right corner of the Help window.
Click "About" in the upper right-hand corner of the System Administration Tool window. The version of the Help can then be found in the Help browser by clicking on the "About the Help" link in the top right corner.
Do one of the following:
Select Install Locally and specify where to install the Help by typing the full path or clicking Browse and selecting it.
Select Do not install if you do not want the Help installed on the controller.
Click Next to proceed to the final screen.
Click Start to begin installing.
