You can view the log any time after you start an operation. You can access the log from the In-Progress window. The View Log button opens the log file in the default text viewer, for example, Notepad.
To view the log, click View Log. Any errors encountered will be logged.
If you cancel the task, click View Log to display the captured output from the MiVoice Business system.
If the task fails, click View Log to display the captured output from the MiVoice Business system.
By default, the system saves the log files in the %ProgramData%\Mitel\MiVoice Business Migration Tool\logs directory.
NOTE: The ProgramData folder can be in the drive C or any other drive. If the ProgramData folder is not displayed in the drive, then the folder might be hidden. To display the ProgramData folder:
In Control Panel, click Appearances and Personalization.
Under Files Explorer Options, click
Show hidden files and folders.
The File Explorer Options
dialog box is displayed.
In the View tab, in the Advanced settings drop-down list, under Hidden files and folders, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
