- If you are using MiVoice Office Web Application as the default telephony app in your device, and if you have installed the Mitel Web Extension, the Call History screen of the MiVoice Office Web Application will display incorrect details.
- To resolve any other issue with the extension, navigate to the chrome extensions management page at chrome://extensions. Make sure that Developer mode is enabled. Locate Mitel Web Extension and click the Errors button to open the error log.

Navigate to the Mitel Web Extension Overview page in the Chrome Web Store.
Under the Additional Information section, click Contact the Developer.
A default email application opens, displaying the Mitel support email address. Attach the screenshot and send the email to our support team.
