Call History

The Call History screen of the OfficeLink app enables you to do the following:

View all outgoing and incoming calls in the All list.
View only incoming calls that were not answered in the Missed list.
Place a call to any individual or group contact in these lists.
Delete a call history item.

Access Call History

Follow instructions specific to your type of mobile phone;

iPhone
From the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, tap and do any of the following:
1. To view all calls placed and received, tap All.
2. To view only incoming calls not answered, tap Missed.
3. To place a call, tap any Call History item.
4. To delete a Call History item, swipe the item to the left and tap Delete.

Android
From the header bar at the top of the app, tap , tap Call History, and do any of the following:
1. To view all calls placed and received, tap All.
2. To view only incoming calls not answered, tap Missed.
3. To place a call, tap any Call History item.
4. To delete a Call History item, swipe the item to the left and tap Delete.

Note: The Call History screen lists only calls that were successfully completed; failed calls are not listed.
