Your avatar is the icon or image that displays with your profile to help other OfficeLink users recognize you. When you first register your OfficeLink app, your avatar displays your initials until you upload an avatar as explained below.
Follow the instructions specific to your type of mobile phone;
- For iPhone
- Access your profile via one of the following:
- From the header bar in the Home screen, tap your avatar.

Tap the
icon on the right side of the navigation bar and tap on your name or avatar at the top of the Settings screen
- Click the
icon in the top-right of the profile panel. - Tap your avatar.
- Choose one of the displayed options:
- Take a Photo (follow all on-screen prompts)
- Choose from Library (navigate to and tap the desired photo on your mobile device)
- Remove Photo (follow the on-screen prompt)
- Do one of the following:

To use the photo as your new avatar, tap Save at the bottom of your profile screen

To leave the existing avatar in place, tap the
icon to navigate away from your profile screen

- Access your profile via one of the following:
- For Android
- From the header bar at the top of the app, tap the navigation menu icon
and tap your name or avatar. - Click the icon in the top-right of the profile panel.
- Tap your avatar.
- Choose one of the displayed options:
- Take a Photo (follow all on-screen prompts)
- Choose from Library (navigate to and tap the desired photo on your mobile device)
- Remove Photo (follow the on-screen prompt)
- Do one of the following:
