Multi-Node MiVoice Business Cluster Support for CloudLink Applications

Mitel Administration for MiVoice Business and other CloudLink-enabled applications can now be deployed in support of Multi-Node MiVoice Business (MiVB) deployments up to the maximum number of systems allowed as part of a MiVB cluster, and up to 2500 users (UCC seat profiles). New features have been introduced throughout the Mitel Administration portal to manage multiple MiVB PBX systems and to provision users to a specific MiVB (and optional resilient MiVB).

Multi-Node MiVB support is enabled by way of a new Distributed CloudLink Gateway service that must be installed on the MiVoice Business PBX*, as part of the underlying MSL operating system. The Distributed CloudLink Gateway must be enabled on every MIVB User Controller, Resilient User Controller and SIP Trunking Gateway. For more information including installation guidelines for Mitel Partners, refer to the CloudLink Gateway on MiVoice Business, Deployment Guide available on mitel.com under Resources > Technical Document Center > Technology > CloudLink.

* Requires MiVoice Business 10.3 on MSL 12.1 OS with CloudLink Daemon service installed, MiCollab 10.1 Service Pack 1, and MiVoice Border Gateway 12.2. Details on supported MiVoice Business system variants can be found in the Deployment Guide.
