Base stations
SIP-DECT base stations are distributed over an IP network and offer DECT, WLAN, and IP interfaces.

Reflective environment |
Reflective environment is the radio frequency system. When there’s a lot of connection disturbances in the air-interface, reflective environment can be enabled, so that the SIP-DECT is more resistant (example: metallic walls). |

Conference is enabled for RFPs. |
Connected |
RFP is registered to OMM. |
Active |

Add a new Base station
Proceed as follows to add new RFPs:
Under SIP-DECT - Base stations , click New.
Enter appropriate values for the respective fields.
Click the Apply button.
- All the RFPs must be shown as Connected and Active. If not, you can open the details by clicking one of the RFPs from the list. Make sure the Cluster id is correct (Hint: cluster 1)
- If you want to add more than 255 base stations, configure using OMM Webadmin.
- When VoIP mode is G.711/G.729 in Media resources, one conference can be configured for each base station, otherwise, five conferences can be configured for each base station.
Search new base stations
To search the new base stations, click the Start button. The found base stations are displayed in the table.
Searching for and displaying specific base stations
To search and display specific base station, enter as filter criterion a string of characters contained in one or more columns and then click Filter button.
Hint: You can search from any of the parameter.
Deleting one or more base stations
Process as follows to delete one or more RFPs:
Under SIP-DECT - Base stations button, click Delete. Check-box is displayed in the beginning of the table to select the base station(s) to delete.
Click the Delete button.
