Configure the reception phone and room phones.

You can store pre-defined functions or call numbers on the available configuration keys, if necessary (for example a number key for reception).

On the reception phone you can define a room key with advantages for each guest room. If the reception is working exclusively with the Hospitality Manager, the reception phone does not need to be configured.

After configuring the phones, you reach the end of the Hospitality configuration assistant. Your communication system is now configured and ready for operation. You can also make changes at any time later on and to adapt your Hospitality and Hotel solution even more precisely to your customer’s requirements.

Before you complete the work here, you should create a backup of the configuration data Maintenance / Data backup view).

Defining the system phone as reception phone

Expand the reception phone with expansion key modules so that, if possible, you have the number of guest rooms plus 5 to 7 configurable keys.
Set the reception keys according to the table below.
Set a room key for each guest room. Enter the name of the room in the name field or leave it blank.
