Define the general setting for your Hospitality solution and the default values. Refer to the Online Help for information on the individual settings..
If a PMS is used
If you are using a PMS, switch on the PMS interface and define the other settings in the Property Management System (PMS) section.
Note on the printing of call charges
If the reception is working with the Hospitality Manager, the bills can be printed out directly by the staff on a printer configured on the PC. If the bills are printed automatically, or if the reception is working with system phones and not with the Hospitality Manager, you must set up a network printer to print out the bills. For this, define the settings in the Network printer section.
Assigning dynamic DDI numbers
If necessary, you can dynamically assign the DDI numbers to the guest rooms. With this option the system automatically assigns a guest room an available DDI number, meant for dynamic DDI allocation, during each check-in. Activate in this view the dynamic DDI number allocation and define the call destination under DDI destination after check-out. Then move to the next step in the wizard.
