LDAP server active

LDAP clients can query the communication server’s phone books via the integrated LDAP server.

In connection with SIP-DECT the OMM server as LDAP client accesses the phone books, thereby enabling dialling by name and name resolution on the SIP-DECT phones.

Port for communications with the LDAP service (default entry: 389)

SLDAP service port

Port for communications with the LDAP service (default entry: 636) - not supported at present.

Search base

LDAP name of the search base in LDAP notation. Default value is “dc=pbx.local”.

LDAP server

The LDAP server is enabled (default setting: ).

Root password

An LDAP client must use this password to identify itself prior to a search base query, unless anonymous access is activated (default).

Anonymous access

Allows password-free access to the search base.

In the LDAP client enter the following query strings to access the communication server’s phone books:
