User accounts

Access to the Hospitality Manager application and to the WebAdmin for Hospitality administrators is via a user account.

The WebAdmin administrator must set up user accounts. As Hospitality administrator you have access to all user accounts which your WebAdmin administrator has assigned to the authorisation profile Receptionist or Hospitality administrator. You can edit the user name and password and view the access logs. However, you may neither create nor delete a user account.

Authorization profile

Hospitality administrator: Gives access to all views used to set up the Hospitality Manager and the reception menu of a reception phone and to define its default values. Moreover, the Hospitality Manager can be started with a link.

Receptionist: The Hospitality Manager is opened directly in case of access with this authorisation level.

Failed access attempts

Any user wanting to log in is prompted for the user name and password (access data). If the access data entered is invalid, access is denied and a log entry is created. After 15 successive failed attempts to log in, the user account is locked for 60 minutes and the teleworker account is locked for 30 minutes. After this, these accounts are automatically unlocked and do not need an administrator to unlock them.
