Adapt the language for the user interface and the online help.
You can set the language using the language list box in the top right-hand corner of the user interface. Other languages can be downloaded from Mitel ftp server and installed. The online help is available only in selected languages. If you select a language for which no online help is available, the English online help is displayed.
Language management
Each language is stored in a compressed language package. Some language packages are part of the communication server software and are also installed during a software update (basic language). The basic language depends on the sales channel. Please also note the following points:

If necessary and available, you can add other languages.

Language and help files are packed in compressed zip files. To extend the communication server with a language, upload the relevant zip packet to the communication server. The Zip packets are stored on an Mitel FTP server.

Zip packets are available for WebAdmin, Self Service Portal and Hospitality Manager user interface and online help texts.

Zip packets are also available for Mitel SIP phone texts.

You have the possibility to check whether the languages are up-to-date each time the system is restarted and to install it automatically from the Mitel FTP server. This way you will always have the latest information.

You can also install some languages even when you are not logged on to the internet. For this you must first download the languages with the search and help tool System Search.

To access language management, you need expert rights, or you must change to expert mode.
