Preconfigured conferences

Click the conference group to which you want to add a participant.

The edit view for the conference group is opened.

Enter the call numbers of the conference participants. Do not forget to add the exchange access prefix when entering external call numbers (e.g. 00326241344). Enter the call number without spaces or special characters.

Click the conference group from which you want to remove a participant.

The edit view for the conference group is opened.

Delete the call number entry of the conference participant you want to remove.
