Table 1. Enquiry during external connection

Ringing pattern at enquiry destination

The ringing pattern determines here at the internal destination if an external connection is to be put on hold in order to make an internal enquiry call.

Conference, intrusion and call waiting tone

This is where you can specify how the acoustic signalling is to be played when establishing a conference, during intrusion and call waiting.

Call waiting and intrusion is also possible with a user while speaking if they are connected to an external caller.

Table 4. Direct forwarding

Parameter

Immediate call forwarding on no reply

The call forwarding transfer delay set throughout the system is always active.

Calls will be forwarded without delay if the previous call to this user has already been forwarded.

Call transfer without prior notice

This is where you can specify what will be signalled to a user forwarded without prior announcement:

Ring back tone: The user hears the ring back tone.

As defined in 'Music on Hold': The user on hold hears the signal defined in the system-wide settings for music on hold (Service / Music on hold view).
