The MiVoice Office 400 hospitality and hotel solution

The hospitality and hotel solution includes a reception application for smaller hotels, guest houses, care homes, retirement homes and other accommodation. For larger-scale businesses with their own reception solutions, the implemented PMS interface offers a seamless connection to the com­munication server through the FIAS protocols.

Depending on the size of the establishment, various applications and interfaces can be used to op­erate the functions:

Configuration and user interfaces

The hospitality and hotel solution can be configured as a hospitality administrator using WebAdmin access.

Operators in the reception area have both the web-based Hospitality Manager and the reception phone at their disposal.

There are a range of "Function codes and services" operating aids available to maintenance and cleaning staff.

The hospitality and hotel solution can be integrated into a property management system (PMS) via the integrated PMS interface with FIAS protocol.

  • PMS interface to connect the Property Management System via the commercially available FIAS (Fidelio Interface Application Specification) protocol.

  • The use of the PMS interface is subject to a licence (for each communication system and for each room).
