MiCollab Client presence status indicator

The Presence indicator provides contacts’ status and their presence and availability for voice and chat functions. Circles indicate that a contact is available for chat and the phone icons indicate that only contact’s voice presence is known.

The following table describes each presence status and what each status means.
Available for chat and calls.
Away or currently locked your system or mobile. Available for chat and calls, but may not answer.
In a Meeting. Available for chat and calls, but answers may be delayed.
* On the phone. Available for chat, but answers may be delayed.
* * Do Not Disturb: The contact is not available. Calls are forwarded to voicemail. Chats may be sent and received.
Not available for chat (Client is offline). Available for calls. 
Not available for chats (Client is offline). Phone is busy for calls or the user is in a meeting.
Offline: Not available for chat or calls.

Status Unknown: Presence information is hidden or the user is offline.

* Calendar Integration must be enabled.
