Managing notifications
MiCollab Client shows taskbar notifications and alerts in the following instances:
- notify new chat message
- notify on incoming call
- notify on missed call
- notify new voicemail
- notify new fax
- notify on presence request
To enable the notifications on MiCollab Client:
- From the MiCollab navigation menu, select Settings > General.
- Under Browser Notifications turn On the required notification settings.
Note:
If notifications for Web clients are not working, then please check if the notification settings for the Web client URL on your Web browser are enabled. To check about the notification settings for a specific Web browser, search online and perform the suggested changes to enable those notifications. Also, note that the notifications for the Web browser in use should also be enabled at the OS level.
