Chat History

The Chat History feature allows you to view the dialog of the user's chat sessions. The file includes all chat sessions and the dialog with each participant. The chat logs are stored on the MiCollab Client Service but this feature allows you to download and save them to another location.

To view chat history for the user:

The Chat History window is empty until you select Show Chat History. When selected, the file is retrieved from the server location, and then displayed on the Accounts Details page.

To save chat history for the user:

Select Download Chat History to open a prompt that allows you to select a location and save the file.
