Download Reservationless Conferences

If Custom Access Codes have been enabled, you can retrieve a list of the access codes created for both leaders and participants. If Custom Access Codes have not been enabled, you can manually create access codes for participants, and then retrieve a list of them along with the corresponding (system generated) leader access code from MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing.

To download all users’ reservationless access code sets:

  1. From the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing main page, click Download Reservationless Conferences in the navigation pane.

  2. Type in a path and file name (to save on your computer) for the file that will contain the leaders and users' reservationless access code sets. A .txt extension is appended automatically when you click Save.

  3. Click Save. The resulting .txt file contains all the reservationless code sets on the system, including those users have created.

Note: Once you have scheduled reservationless conferences with custom access codes and the codes have been distributed to users, remember that if you disable the custom access codes option, you must download the reservationless conference codes and distribute them again.
